- Coordinator is incentivized to propose right blocks, not censor, have high availability or be slashed
- Any POW miner can become Coordinator by staking XENIUM and running node software
- Every transaction needs Gas, however some transactions will high segregated states allowing for mitigation of hotspots (NFT mint vs Transfer)
