How to claim XENFTs when the official site just wont let me?

I have an OG exotic XENFT(earlyburn special) on Polygon that for whatever reason, will not allow me to actually claim it. Like the button just won't activate to allow me to claim even though it's overdue by about a day and a half so far.

Is there a way to claim it manually? I imagine it may be a bit tricky being that it's not considered a normal polygon XENFT, or atleast is not listed in the same tab as the normal ones anyway. Been waiting forever for this to finally be ready, as these particular XENFTs will undoubtedly be some of the rarest of all. Sucks that they aren't more accessible and actually tradeable due to being somewhat hidden from plain sight to anyone who does not already hold one and knows where to look, but I still expect them to eventually hold significant value as collector items in the long run, so it has had me excited for this moment ever since. I do intend to burn it all, if it helps to know. I pretty much burn all my Polygon Xen anyway.

XENFT's can be redeemed using xenmon.com, click the tractor icon (available once the xenft is redeemable). You would have to add the XENFT to xenmon first.

I tried to do that, and for some reason it is showing incorrect information. Says it's only 88% complete, and that it has 128 VMUs for 477 days, when in reality it is only 100 VMUs and 420 days..100% complete as of 4/6

But I specifically remember minting it for 420 days with 100 VMUs. That doesnt make any sense, lol

I guess it just forced it upon me to do a max term, max VMU, but it clearly shows 100 VMU for 420 days, which is specifically what I personally chose to mint. Either way, it's still quite confusing, and I guess I will just have to wait it out and see.

I wasnt even using DBXENFT until long after the supposed window had closed for wrapping OGs...which I just assume was for the first day only? I wouldnt know because Ive never seen the tab/button to click/tap to even make it available to wrap.

So this just poses so many further confusions and questions in my case.

I do know that I NEVER would have chose to wrap it as a DBXENFT though. As that defeats all purpose of it being an OG at that point, as they didn't make any of the original details of the XENFTs actually visible in their artwork or NFT details, so I specifically chose not to really even use DBXENFTs at first and only later on began to use them for XENFTs that specifically held no purpose beyond just being standard XENFTs.

I have a unique way of minting XENFTs that makes every single one of the APEX and Limited XENFTs that I mint entirely uniquely valuable in a collectible sense by choosing specific numbers, dates, days minted and so on that makes them particularly more rare than others, so I definitely make absolutely sure nothing is going to spoil anything about their features that would potentially jeopardize later collectibility. So the fact that its saying it is wrapped as a DBXENFT is assuredly false. But that just makes it so much more confusing too.

I do appreciate your assistance in this by the way, it's just got me so confused and just a bit aggrivated that I might be losing my most prized piece of all my XENFTs, and time's ticking if it really was minted for 420 days, and the data is being displayed incorrectly, which I do fully know exactly what mint term I chose to mint it for and the amount of VMUs I went with on it(mainly because I forgot to hit the max button at the time). But I do know this as fact, but whether or not it actually forced me to mint it as a 128 477 and it just doesnt display that on the main site is beyond me...but I figure that this information you have found is wrong just based on the fact that it said I wrapped it, which I most certainly did not do such a thing. Im extremely anal about my XENFTs to the point that I specifically made sure wrapping any would not ruin them. Once I found out that it did, I specifically chose not to wrap any that would have any sort of rarity to them and only ever collector class XENFTs ever get wrapped, never APEXs. I also missed the supposed deadline for wrapping OG polygon XENFTs, or atleast I assume such anyway, as I have never even seen any way to bring up the OG Mint tab to choose it anyway. Only on the post-wrap page is there a tab for OG Polygon DBXENFTs. And there is no sign of it there.

Even OpenSea shows the XENFTs details correctly. Its almost 10 days overdue now. Heartbreaking.

I did just manage to send it to a different wallet of mine through opensea, so maybe that fixes the problem somehow.

Nope, still nothing. Did manage to get it on my other wallet though. Still just as a normal everyday XENFT. And still nothing shows for it in the OG tab on DBXENFT. Guess its just not going to be redeemed.
