I have had many of the similar, or same issues. I tried different wallets, but same issues, stuck transactions that couldn't be replaced. Eventually, the only way was to do a new transfer from the same wallet to another wallet with very high gwei, which tends to help, but not every time and even those transactions sometimes needed to be replaced.
