If anyone else was still experiencing issues, I got help from some of the people in the telegram group, who basically told me to try actually accessing my wallet from desktop as opposed to mobile, and to try it with rabby wallet instead of metamask like I had been using. Worked like a charm. Luckily still had 3 more days or so to go. But huge relief, as it was nearly 100B vvXEN that woulda went to waste otherwise.
